All text on all our products can be personalised. Please leave a note in the text box when you order. If you only want the name changing, just type the name you require and all other text would be left as per the design in the photos. If you would like the design personalising, please email us and we will do our best to assist.

We aim to make and dispatch all orders within 5 working days. All orders other than bath boards and coat hook hooks are sent with royal mail on a tracked 48 service. Bath boards and 70cm coat hooks are sent with Evri due to their size. If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure it arrives in time

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised products, unless they are damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, once the order is in production it may not be possible to cancel.
